Member Profiles

Savannah will build a profile and history of activity for each of your Members. Here you will be able to see their Conversation and Contribution activity, their account details across all of your different platforms, and what their engagement level is in each of your Projects.

You can expand their profile, and collaborate with other managers, by adding your own Notes and Tags based on your interactions with them. Set Tasks for following up or other actions you need to take, as well as tracking what Gifts you’ve sent them and the impact they’ve had on that Member’s activity.
